1. Timing: The BLOCKBUSTER Express™ Blu-ray Bonanza Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on May 3, 2010 at 12:00:01 A.M. Central Time ("CT") and ends on May 23, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. CT (the "Promotion Period").  The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) separate weekly drawings (each, a "Weekly Drawing") to award five (5) "Prizes" (as defined below) in each Weekly Drawing from among all eligible entries received according to the deadlines below.

2. How To Enter: During the Promotion Period, go to any BLOCKBUSTER Express™ DVD kiosk ("Kiosk"), rent three (3) or more DVD's within a single Monday to Sunday week ("Rental"), and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  To be eligible for a given Weekly Drawing, you must complete your rental by 11:59:59 p.m. CT the Sunday of that week (e.g. May 9, 2010 for Weekly Drawing #1; May 16, 2010 for Weekly Drawing #2; and May 23, 2010 for Weekly Drawing #3).

A valid credit card and email address is required at the time of Rental. Rental is subject to the BLOCKBUSTER Express™ terms and conditions, including the rental and late fee policies, available at www.blockbusterexpress.com/terms.

To enter without making a purchase: On a piece of 3" x 5" paper, neatly print your name, complete mailing address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), and date of birth and enclose your completed entry form in an envelope with first-class postage affixed and mail to: BLOCKBUSTER Express™ Blu-ray Bonanza Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 661, Ardsley, NY 10502. All entries must be postmarked by each Tuesday during the Promotion Period and received by the following Tuesday during the Promotion Period to be eligible for a given Weekly Drawing (e.g. postmarked by May 11, 2010 and received by May 18, 2010 for Weekly Drawing #1; postmarked by May 18, 2010 and received by May 25, 2010 for Weekly Drawing #2; and postmarked by May 25, 2010 and received by June 1, 2010 for Weekly Drawing #3). No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for entries sent by mail that are not received for any reason, including entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or have postage due. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

3. Prizes And Approximate Retail Values: Fifteen (15) Sony Blu-ray Disc™ Players are available to be won (each, "Prize" and collectively, "Prizes"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize is $200. Total ARV of all Prizes during the Promotion Period is $3,000. Winners are responsible for the payment of federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and any other expenses not specifically described above relating to the use of the prize. 

4. Eligibility:  Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.  Employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, Marketing Visions, Inc. ("Administrator"), participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members [spouse, parents, siblings and children] and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

5. Random Drawings:  Three (3) Weekly Drawings to select the prizes winners will be held on or about May 18, 2010, May 25, 2010 and June 1, 2010 from among all eligible entries received. Each drawing will select five (5) potential Prize winners. The drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. The potential winners will be notified by email, postal mail or phone within three (3) days after the drawing is held. Each potential winner has ten (10) days to respond to the notification, after which the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to a Prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. For those potential winners who entered via the Rental method of entry, Prize will be awarded to the person whose name corresponds to the selected email.  Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, or if a prize is returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within ten (10) days after delivery of notification, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be two (2) alternate drawings following the procedure stated above, after which the prize will remain unawarded. No substitutions or exchanges of any prizes will be permitted except at the Sponsor's option for a prize of comparable or greater value. In the event of a dispute as to any Sweepstakes entry via the Rental method of entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for BLOCKBUSTER Express™ will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.  The odds of winning a Weekly Drawing will depend upon the number of eligible entries received in accordance with the entry deadlines for each Weekly Drawing.  Non-winning entries into any Weekly Drawing will be rolled over into subsequent Weekly Drawings. Limit one (1) Prize per person and/or per household.

6. Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winners' consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown and/or state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration.

8. Limitations of Liability The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein.

9. General Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on an email mailing list for promotional emails from Sponsor. To unsubscribe, upon receipt of the first email from Sponsor, follow the unsubscribe options contained therein. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received for any reason, including any computer, online, telephone, human error, technical malfunctions, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected sweepstakes entries. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures (whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud), or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. CAUTION:  ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. If Sponsor terminates this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date.  Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on‑line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or any combination thereof. Potential Sweepstakes winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to sign (and have their signature notarized) and return to Administrator, within ten (10) business days of the date notice is sent, a properly completed affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and unless prohibited by law, a publicity release, as well as a W-9 tax form. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this promotion.

10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of Texas; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Texas, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Texas.

1. Timing: The BLOCKBUSTER Express™ DVD Makeover Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on May 1, 2010 at 12:00:01 A.M. Central Time ("CT") and ends on May 31, 2010 at 11:59:59 P.M. CT (the "Promotion Period").

How To Enter: During the Promotion Period, go to www.bbxsweepstakes.com, and complete the following required information: your email address; your first and last name; and sign up to receive email notifications of "New Releases" and/or "Special Offers". After completing the form, click on the "Submit" button and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Yes, if a promotion code is used and the DVD is not picked up, you will be charged for one night's rental.

When you rent online, your credit card is pre-authorized for the amount of the rental or $1.00, whichever is greater. If you are using a promotion code for a free night, the pre-authorization will not be converted to a charge as long as the DVD is returned by the end of the rental period (the date and time listed on your rental receipt email).

The new releases are updated every Tuesday, which is the national release date. Title availability may vary by location.

You can rent up to three DVDs at the same time on one credit card.

No. Membership is not required to rent from BLOCKBUSTER Express™ kiosks. The BLOCKBUSTER© membership program is separate from the BLOCKBUSTER Express™ kiosks. 

The number of copies per DVD varies dependent on the box office sales and popularity.

At the kiosk: After you've selected your movie(s) at the kiosk, select "Check Out". You will see a button to add your promotion code. Input the code and complete the rental. When you return the DVD, we will subtract the value of the promotion from the amount we bill your credit card. Your card will be preauthorized in the amount of the $1.00 at the time of rental, but you will not be charged provided you return the DVD by the end of the rental period.

Renting online: After you've selected your movie (s) and they are in your shopping cart, you will see an area to input your promotion code. Input the code and click "Apply", then complete the rental. When you return the DVD, we will subtract the value of the promotion from the amount we bill your credit card. Your card will be preauthorized in the amount of $1.00 at the time of the rental, but you will not be charged provided you return the DVD by the end of the rental period.

No, BLOCKBUSTER Express™ DVDs cannot be returned to a BLOCKBUSTER© store at this time. Please note, your DVD can be returned to any BLOCKBUSTER Express kiosk.

DVDs are durable but they are certainly not indestructible. To obtain the optimal viewing quality of your movie, we would like to offer the following tips on the cleaning and care of the discs.

• Once the disc has been removed from the case, always handle by the edges. Touching the reflective side of the DVD could leave fingerprints, oil and dirt that may cause problems when playing your movie.
• You may want to clean the disc before playing. If so, please clean the disc with a mix of water and mild detergent (like liquid soap). You can also use basic rubbing alcohol. Always use a lint free cloth and gently wipe the disc starting from the  center outward, in a straight line. Watch out for the BLOCKBUSTER Express™ barcode. Please don't let it get wet or torn when cleaning the disc.
• Remember, don't use anything that is abrasive, highly acidic or that could scratch or damage the DVD. Let's be kind to the next renter by taking care of the DVD.

If the DVD cannot be viewed or is damaged, please return the disc to the closest BLOCKBUSTER Express™ kiosk and call us immediately at 1-877-300-2128. Our customer service representatives are available 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday - Friday and 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm Saturday - Sunday, EDT.

To remove your DVD from its case, grip the case on either side with one hand. With your free hand, place thumb in the center of the DVD and slide or push forward. If you are having trouble removing the DVD from its case, please do not use sharp or hard edged objects in an attempt to dislodge.
